OCR: Shi Nai-an and His Outlaws of the Marshes Shui Hu (Outlaws of the Marshes) tells a story of rebellion of some Robin Hood-type men in the late Northern Song Dynasty who were forced by government oppression and social injustice to encamp in a mountain fortress, Liangshan, by lakes and rivers. It presents an enormous cast, all the characters come across as distinct personalities, such as the Martial Arts Master Wu Song, the Tattooed Monk Lu Zhi-shen, Arms Instructor Lin Chong. All of them are portrayed ingreat detail in the story.
